“Old, dirty and unkept rooms. The rooms are shockingly dated. Our door was actively splintering at the bottom, and everything came with a layer of dust. The TV can't connect to the internet, and in the year 2026, they actually have the audacity to charge guests for Wi-Fi! We were told the gym was closed at 8pm, but the welcome pack said the “Beachside Fitness” is open til 10pm. Disabling the keycard reader two hours before closing and making guests beg for entry is peak lazy management. Don't...

“We stayed at Discovery Parks - Gerroa and overall had a comfortable stay. One thing that felt a little unusual as tourists was being placed very close to the permanent residents in the park, which made the atmosphere feel less like a holiday campground at times. The cabin itself was well equipped and we appreciated small touches like the bathtub and the body lotion provided. The staff were also very helpful — we had an issue with a broken door and it was fixed very quickly after we reported...
