“Lauren treated us impeccably well. We had some issues with our suite upon arrival and she was quick to offer a solution. When things got worse, she swiftly made changes and offered more solutions. She went above and beyond and made our week-long stay (with a baby and dog in tow) pleasant, memorable and enjoyable!
