“Breakfast was good”

“I had a king suite. It was set up quite nicely. The room was immaculate. The TV was on with a hotel home screen welcoming me by name. The htotel had plenty of amenities; a workout room, pool, and a nice area where you can gather. This was particularly nice for this visit, as we were in town for a funeral and multiple family members had multiple rooms booked. The gathering area was comfortable. “everything about our day was pretty good. The only issue we had was when we got there after 3 o’clock our room was still not clean. We had to wait about a half hour to get into our room. So we were unable to check in until about 4 PM. so we had to sit in the lobby for about an hour.Yes, it was a minor inconvenience, but not enough for me to take away a star.
