“We had a lovely experience at Evans’ Holly Grove Inn B&B in Burlington Iowa. The historic house was in great shape and full of interesting artifacts that we enjoyed looking at and learning about. Our host Kage was amazing, making us feel very welcome and was attentive to our needs while we were there. Highly recommended!”

“We have stayed in B&B's for 30+ years. This is the first time we have been told breakfast was not included but we could pay more if we wanted it. The bed was uncomfortable . The cat was irritating. The "private" bathroom was down the hall and someone else tried to get in while I was in there. No bath towels. Just a terrible experience.”
