“Camera pulita e spaziosa”

“My family and I have been to this resort for the past 10+ years. It's almost like our base in Palm Springs. As much as we love this place, some upgrades might be needed. Neither ice machines were working on both floors 😕”

“For a Best Western plus i was a little dissatisfied with the Breakfast , Biscuits were were raw and dough in the middle and I told the staff and really you could tell that they weren't done easily , the gravy wasn't maintained well and the eggs didn't look great very dissatisfied, the night staff was great though room was clean but a little dated but overall ok”

“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. So i told the guy that it wasn't specified during...

“Just a place to stay for the night. Nice and quiet on the third floor. No complaints except I wanted a cup of coffee for my morning drive and it was all gone. So I got the decaf and it was cold. Oh well. Everything else was great.”
