“House cleaning knocked st my door close to 9pm and asked if I am OK which I replied "yes". At 10:15pm guest service called and asked my name and room number. I asked him what happened as I was already in bed. He said house keeping wrongly thought I am already checked out. In this case they should check if I indeed check out, if they already know it was a mistake, why calling me late at night to tell me house keeping is wrong. They should told them directly.

“The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided.
The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay.”

“we had a mixup once we got to our room, we drove three hours and we’re supposed to have a corner King suite it was my husband‘s birthday, and when we got there, they put us in a two room king and when I told them this is the wrong room and I told him I could show them my proof on Expedia. They said there was nothing they could do but give me free breakfast. They did offer free breakfast, which was helpful but this was very disappointing. “Bed covers were stained, AC didn’t go below 71, also the price you pay doesn’t include parking which was 20 dollars for self parking and an additional 35 dollars for a resort fee. Why don’t they just put the total when you reserve the room. So I wasn’t too happy about that and also they don’t give you anything complementary. What a bunch of cheapskates”
