“1. Property has courteous staff.
2. It is located within 10 minutes of the Airport.
3. Room corridors had a musty smell.
4. The room door was not automatically closing.
5. The steam press was leaking water when using with the steam function on.
6. I stayed for two nights and the washroom flush was not working on the second day.
7. F&b service at Okra, the all day dining restaurant, was poor when it was busy.”
