“They upgrade my booking to a suite with swimming pool on the Balcony since I had paid 3 nights but because of the change in my plans I sleep there only for 2 nights which was appreciate it, it was a great room with a great view. The restaurant of the Hotel was the most amazing food in India.”

“On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they...

“I couldn't stay in this hotel so moved out immediately after check in. The restroom is rusted, bed is terrible and a stinking smell in the room. I have not received the refund either. The price which i have paid is no where close for this type of hotels. Both the exorbitant price and the pictures were not real”

“Not me but my mom stated at the property. She was visiting Delhi for visa interview. She was pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel is contrary to some of the negative reviews online. It is conveniently located within 10 min auto ride. Hotel is very clean, well decorated and food was very good quality as well. Property also has an impressive garden. Staff was very attentive. Overall, it got a glowing review from her.”

The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am.
