“They upgrade my booking to a suite with swimming pool on the Balcony since I had paid 3 nights but because of the change in my plans I sleep there only for 2 nights which was appreciate it, it was a great room with a great view. The restaurant of the Hotel was the most amazing food in India.”

“Hotel rooms are good and it is in a good location. The staffs are good, except a few of them who are not properly trained to handle the bills and payment issue of the guests. Quite a few times confusion have been created for the billing part. This could have been avoided. Otherwise, it is a good hotel with a decent breakfast menu spread and a good Kitchen service. ”

“On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they...
