“Th hotel was very famiy oriented. The staff was friendly. We stayed because there was the National Finals for dance which was hosted at the Renaissance Hotel right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We were getting shuttle service to the Renaissance Hotel so we didnt have to walk with the 100°F + heat! Now thats service! Food was great, the swiming pool was great. 11/10 stars! Definetly would come back!”

“Stayed here for a few nights. Any staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Pool was kept clean. No extra towels are kept outside, remember to ask for some before you take a dip. Didn't get to use the gym but it looked well maintained with clean equipment. Only thing that was rough was that a couple of the days we were there the elevator was down and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs quite few times. “You HAVE to stay here! The vibes are vibing! We loved the decor, quirkiness, cleanliness, and extra amenities available. There’s a fun (and unexpected) vintage “shop” out back & I found a couple goodies. This will be our go-to place for Palm Springs time & time again.”
