“We spent 1 night at this hotel on the way back from vacation. The hotel was clean and the room was fine until I used the restroom. The toilet was so low that my knees were above my waist. It was like a child’s toilet. I am partially disabled, and I couldn’t get up! Fortunately my husband was in the next room and was able to get me up.
