“We stayed here July 30th, 2026. The room was clean and in good working order. We skipped the evening kickback and chose to eat elsewhere. We could not enjoy the pool, as Drury for some reason still refuses to institute an Adult only time. Unruly kids diving into a pool clearly marked "No Diving" while their parents sat around doing nothing. “Facility needs upkeep. Front desk staff was not helpful. We wanted to cancel our last night and asked at check in. Front desk staff kept telling us to ask again tomorrow. Until the last day we were told it was too late to cancel. Manager told me I was getting wrong information because staff was all new in the last two weeks. Still wouldn't refund us when we didn't stay the last night. Woke up in the middle of the night with an ant crawling on my face!”
