“We waited in line for about 30 minutes to check in. A front desk employee was running back and forth from this property and the Residence inn next door to check in guests at both places. We left for dinner and when we returned I found out our toilet was stuffed up and overflowing. I talked to the front desk employee and she mentioned there was nothing she could do. “For the price of the room, none of the outlets or the USBs worked by the bed. It was the smallest "queen" we have ever slept in. The ice machine did not have ice either morning we tried to fill it before our tournament. There was a cooler with "complimentary" bagged ice but eas empty the whole weekend. Tried calling the front desk multiple times during the weekend and I was on hold for 15 mins before even speaking to someone. When I pay this much for a room, I at least expect the bare minimum...
