“The late-night person who checked us in was rude and took a while to check us in (after we called on our way to let them know we would be late). The room was very damp and smelled horrible when we entered. The towels, sheets, and comforter were stained. The Wi-fi didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived. Good location. “Writing the review with the understanding this is a budget motel. It had a good customer rating so I thought I'd try it. Location is in a fairly run-down area right off the interstate exit. Lobby is very small, front desk window is thick plexiglass with a tiny hole to stick your card under, like a sketchy convenience store. Doesn't give a great first impression. Room had a damp smell but had been updated recently. The sheets were clean, however there was hair present in the shower and dirt/dust...
