In accordance with Brown County ordinance, all hot tubs and pools managed by Brown County Vacation Rentals are routinely tested, properly maintained, and fully compliant with local health and safety regulations. Each unit undergoes regular water quality checks to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Construction Notice

Please note there is ongoing construction around the pond through approximately March. The construction area is shown in the listing photos. Because of this temporary work, the nightly rate has already been discounted by 20%, and the price shown reflects this reduced rate. We want to provide full transparency so guests can plan their stay accordingly.
