“The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and food prep. We could have used a better skillet, but we made do with what was available. The home was cute and cozy, with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host and locals in the area were kind and helpful. We also loved the option of the wine available for purchase in the house. We would definitely stay here next time we attend Grand Nationals if possible.”

“Wow, what an excellent place to stay in Indy! It is close to most places that we wished to visit. The area is very lively and walkable. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. There was an ample supply of clean towels, soap etc. Washer/dryer/dishwasher came in real handy. The beds were nice and firm. The place was also kid friendly. The hosts Austin and Hunter had excellent communication without being intrusive. Overall A+, and definitely would love to stan again when in Indy! Thank...

“Very nice property with great amenities. To note, however, one kitchen stool is missing two leg caps which made the chair unusable as it was wobbly. Also the chairs needed the screws to be tightened on them.Also it would have been good if we got the pictures for how to check in a day before with a note advising that the check-in codes would be sent at the time of check-in.”

“Extremely convenient for events at conversation center and Lucas oil stadium. Can use skywalk to get there if weather not good. Place was clean and lots of space. The only negative which wasn’t a big deal was electrical outlet near bed couldn’t plug anything in to would just come out and 1 bedroom no smoke detector. But overall great place ”
