“Never got to the breakfast. It closed at 9:00 and having flown in from LA with a 3 hr. time change, we never made it to breakfast. Also, we were at the Final Four and did not arrive back to our room until midnight. Staff and parking were good. ”

“The room was missing smoked detector! The room had been obviously smoked in staff was unable or unwilling to give me different room. The shower sprayed onto floor from the threads from showerhead. The exit door facing empty lot in the back 40 didn't lock. ”
