“Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room. “Never got to the breakfast. It closed at 9:00 and having flown in from LA with a 3 hr. time change, we never made it to breakfast. Also, we were at the Final Four and did not arrive back to our room until midnight. Staff and parking were good. ”

“We had a 4 day stay. We did not receive maid service once despite requesting it on 2 occasions. Our towels and hand cloths were not replaced once. We had to go to the front desk each evening on our return to get clean towels. No apologies from staff. Our sink leaked and the shower curtain was too short and water escaped under it. It was constantly like walking around in a high school locker room. There was black mold in the shower area. Both my wifecand I now have an upper respiratory infection....
