“The Room was dirty and also there was used towels hanging when we checked in. Room was not what we expected since it was a Wyndham property”

“Comfort Inn I-65 was good for the cost. But the amenities need a boost. TV didn't work when we arrived, but a staff member came immediately to fix get it operating. We had a King Size bed with inadequate sized pillows. They were the size of throw pillows and we each had two. Neither of the vending machines for snacks or beverages was working. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of selections from cereal, yogurt, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, tea and coffee.”

“The staff at the check-in was exceptional. While they were trying to deal with the implementation of the new computer system and the manager working long hours, they still managed to be very polite and give very professional and friendly service. The rooms are very well maintained and the size and amenities exceeded expectations for the price. The check-out handled by the night shift was curt and unresponsive. I would have felt better dropping the cards in a kiosk or leaving in the room. I only...
