“Firstly the unit was nice to look at but sketchy if you look close .Bed frames were flimsy ,Carpet was gross ,Dining table was very wobbly and worried it would collapse : I called for help and they said that just the way it is . Hot water tank was not large , one shower and there was no more hot water .Couches were dirty .Bath taps were backwards and revelry replaces with one that didn’t even match .Mainly also the main pool, water slides and lazy river was not in service the full time . “The unit was as described! It is a great place to stay if you are spending time in the Orlando area. It took about 20-30 minutes to get to Disney depending on traffic, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores on the way. The complex is secured. My only complaint is that the floors were not quite as clean as I prefer.”

“We stayed at the property for 30 days. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The unit was very clean and in terrific condition. The grounds were well maintained. We also felt safe with the property security. One thought would be that additional towels and kitchenware are needed, especially for guests who stay for extended periods.”

“Property owner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. Location was ideal for convention center but you definitely need to leave time to deal with traffic. We stayed for volleyball tournament and had a lot of early morning games. ”

“This property is great! The small incidentals, towel and pillow situation could be improved. When I’m on vacation I do not want to worry about running out of toilet paper. More than 1 load of laundry soap would have been nice. The pillows on the beds are the worst pillows ever. They should be replaced every few months. We ran out of towels twice in a 4 night stay. Other than those small issues this was a beautiful home, well appointed and we might consider staying again.”
