“Arrived early for early check in and still had to wait almost 5 hrs to get in my room. They advertise for many activities but there really aren’t many at all. No chairs at the pool for free or to buy. It’s like going to an à la carte restaurant, you literally have to pay for everything. You would think the resort fees would cover chairs for the pool or at least parking but nope. Stayed a week and had to pay $210 just to park smh. Looks beautiful online but it’s outdated and barely clean,...

“They were activities for all ages i really enjoyed the movies room my children's loved the arcade .staff was wonderful. I didn't get the chance to try out breakfast and the restaurants but next i surely will .”

“When I arrived I was stuck at a gate because I had no access to compound befure check in and no one came to help us I had to abandon car walk on foot beg maintenance personnel to drive me to Lobby. Finally at lobby instead of helping me I was put with a sales person to sell me marketing . No one cared I abandoned my partner outside the gate. No one wanted to drive me back again very rude and unhelpful staff. This turned into a nightmare. The check in was traumatic and the worst I ever...
