“THE GOOD: The place is great, beautiful, and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. THE BAD: The check-in process is HORRIBLE because of the to may steps of registering with them. You have to go through a process that is like an exhaustive background investigation done by the FBI. Be prepared to provide a lot of PERSONAL INFORMATION. Additionally, too many steps to finally been able to check in.”

Things the host could help with for a more enjoyable stay: the bed in the front room was very worn, it had a deep dip in the middle and slept terribly. The kitchen had minimum utensils, pans/pots, forks, knives and spoons for cooking (less than adequate like other rentals). Towels were provided but small face cloths were not as they should. “The stay was okay overall. The unit was fairly clean, and our group had a nice time. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The couch was ripped, the carpet appeared somewhat dirty, and we saw a few roaches during our stay. Additionally, the upstairs shower didn’t seem to be installed properly and made a loud, disruptive noise in the first-floor bedroom whenever it was used. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but due to these issues, we would likely choose a different property...
