“We checked in at 3:36 and were informed that the room is not ready yet. So we suggested that we would wait until 4pm to check in. The unfriendly counter staff said that it probably won’t be ready until after 430. We didnt get our rooms until 530pm. There was no hairdryer in the room, the conditioner hair and body wash was completely empty. We notified main lobby staff about it. She told us that someone had been sent. “The original person that checked me in was terrific. Very helpful and friendly. Then they said I had to go to another desk to get a parking pass, which didn’t make sense to me but I went over there to get the parking pass and it was an entrapment to try and get me to come to some meeting to set up for some timeshare or something of that sort. Not only did they not want to let me just leave they wanted a $40 deposit on my card so I would come to a meeting. I didn’t want to go to the meeting. Why...

“La posizione è buona per raggiungere i parchi Disney, posizionata su una importante strada trafficata ma comunque non è rumoroso, lo è invece l’aria condizionata ma a quanto pare in Florida è un problema frequente. Ben insonorizzata, materasso piuttosto comodo. Non ho apprezzato la posizione della camera nel complesso alberghiero perché era in una zona soggetta a lavori, mezzi da lavoro all’opera dalle 7:30 (ruspe e quant’altro) al 2 piano (benissimo, preferiamo i piani alti) ma con l’ascensore...

“The hallways smelled like weed (we really didn’t care for that), the carpet was filthy in the rooms. Bed was firmer than our usual holiday inn experiences- we prefer more squish. Staff was very kind. Did not participate in breakfast. Lots of things for the kids to do including a Chuck E. Cheese on site, a playground and 2 pools. The night we arrived, they only had 1 elevator (of 3 in that area) working and 2 tour busses FULL of people trying to get up to their rooms but other than that, it was...
