“The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We arrived just as the front desk clerk was leaving. She graciously stayed and checked us in. The desk is unmanned after 9 pm. Our key was under the mat for our room. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on. It was 90+ degrees and the room didn't cool down until early morning.”

“We booked and paid for a room online only to get to the hotel at 10 pm and have them tell us they didn't have a room for us. We had to call around and find another hotel, then spend another 90 minutes on the phone trying to get my money back..”

“Room was larger than expected. Instead of one king bed and a fold-out sofa that was expected, there was a second sleeping area with another queen bed. Very comfortable and well suited to three of us staying there. Would definitely go back. Convenient to Oregon Shakespeare Festival which is why we were there.”

Abbiamo chiesto ovviamente un'altra ma il receptionist era probabilmente drogato da come si muovevva e parlava (erano le 22) e ci ha detto che l'hotel era pieno e noneaveva camere! dopo varie discussioni surreali per fortuna è arrivato il suo cambio e il nuovo receptionist ci ha asegnato una camera. “Location was great. Room was older but seemed well maintained. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.”

“Jewel at the front desk was great. She has a warm smile and demeanor, and really makes you feel welcome. Property is pet friendly which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Parking is limited and first come first serve. Street parking was easy to find, but I imagine it would be a problem in peak season or weekends. Breakfast room has a balcony terrace that overlooks a beautiful garden and creek area.”

“Our stay, as always, was wonderful! Our room was comfortable and clean, and we love the afternoon treats delivered to our room. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and you can’t beat the daily breakfasts. We also enjoy at least one delicious dinner at Alchemy, which always impresses. It’s an easy walk to shows during OSF and downtown shops and restaurants. We look forward to our return.”

“The room was very clean, something as a former maid I always look for. Staff was very helpful. We loved the soaps and staff was great about finding which particular soap brand used and even a store location for us. Motel was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs, we didn't plan to cook any meals but morning tea and coffee were much appreciated.
