“I have a service dog, I contacted the hotel when I made the reservation and provided the required information. At checkout in the staff did not want to check me in because they are not a pet friendly hotel. I stated my dog was a service dog, and told them it was preapproved, but I still got attitude for having a dog. When I got to the room, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the sink was so nasty it had what looked like food or something from someone teeth and mouth, hair all over...

“There were cockroaches in the room it smelt terrible only two pillows
When we showed up we had to talk through a window because it was later in the evening
There was no body wash in the container in the shower
Some shady people all around the hotel don't think I'd ever stay at a red roof again
This morning at checkout was a guy sleeping in the lobby
There were people in and out of the parking lot all times of night shining lights in through the windows it was not a comfortable stay at all
