“Our room smelled like pets. In particular it smelled like a dog kennel. I have allergies and it caused me to become very congested and made me sneeze a lot. There was a terribly loud and persistent noise coming from the thermostat and heat/cool unit in our room. It started up about every five minutes or so. “Stay would’ve been OK except for they charged two different credit cards for our length of stay. Pretty much impossible to get a hold of the manager to help the situation since he is never there. We also checked out early due to sickness, I had to contact Expedia to see about reimbursement for one night.
