“Our experience was so bad that we stayed only one night instead the two we booked and paid. The photos of the property are absolutely misleading, there is absolutely no view from inside. The surrounding area is nice, just not from right at the house. The beds were absolutely horrible. And to add insult to the injury the host, located directly above the unit we stayed in, walked around and had conversations until after midnight. We could hear every word and it felt as if someone would fall thru...

“Great host and great location! Heidi was very responsive and helpful and the place was very clean and well kept! She was a great host and we loved our stay in her home in the jungfrau region! Would come back again! Our group of 7 had a great experience”

“It was family trip with the kids, the property could have been kept a little more clean. It’s an old property and definitely needs some refresh. Kitchen could use a microwave and the property definitely needs some fans to sustain the heat during summer. Host needs to make sure toiletries are refilled before the property is rented and recommend to replace the towels and linen at minimum.”
