“The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc The grounds are quite lovely - a nice garden with flowers, ferns, Orchids & tropical fruit trees, You are free to walk around & help yourself to fruit if u want to. “After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. “Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail.”

“This is like my sixth stay here. I stayed for 7 nights. I really enjoyed it. I had a slight matter and Mr. Brown (I think his first name begins with T.) was very helpful (and this was about after 10pm). He immediately figured out a resolution to ensure the issue was resolved in the interim. He also followed up in the morning and he really went above and beyond. These level of customer service is always greatly appreciated. Judith and the rest of the kitchen staff are always amazing !!!!...

“Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either.”
