“Nonostante non sia al centro di Sofia è comunque ottimo. Infatti vicino c'è un grande shopping centre, dove fare acquisti e passare il tempo piacevolmente. Nello shopping centre c'è anche una buona area di ristorazione. Inoltre, considerato il basso costo dei taxi, si può facilmente raggiungere il centro per una visita. L'albergo è ottimo da tutti i punti di vista. Dalla colazione al pranzo di lavoro a buffet. Ho anche un sera cenato piacevolmente.”

“Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. ”

“The hotel was super new and top class, but the best thing was the people and the customer service. After checking out I had a problem with my car which ws parked in the hotels excellent car park. The car wouldn't start and these incredible staff helped to find a new battery, they took me to the car parts shop, translated for me and helped me install it. Sometimes you can lose faith in people but this hotels technician (who I did not get his name, but was so helpful) and the amazing hotel manager...

“Tutto bene. Unica nota negativa ho usato le scale tutti i giorni invece dell'ascensore e per 2 giorni c'erano gli stessi bicchieri vuoti e piatti sporchi lasciati sul giro scale. Non bello da vedere.”

“The stay was most pleasant. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything needed. It is in a quiet area but near everything. The gentleman in the front desk is extremely professional.
The only thing I missed was access to a microwave and a self laundry room. They do your laundry for a fee and it is fast. ”
