“The staff here are amazing. It felt like a home away from home. Wish there was bacon at the breakfast and a little more green space for the dog but that is coming. Thank you for a few great days.”

“Self check in was easy and the instructions were clear. We didn’t have to contact anyone or ask any questions because we were provided with everything we needed prior to arrival. Beautiful place. I would stay here again.”

“The toilet in our room was designed for a child. First time I used it, I thought someone was playing the old "pull the chair away". As I went to sit down, I thought I had missed the toilet it was so low. The whole place could do with a bit of an update. Not sure if this toilet flooded at one point, but it looked like black mold around d the toilet.”

“A big NO to this motel. From office to room every corner is extremely dirty. There were bug in room. My daughter had swollen eye from the bug bite. In the washroom there’s no curtain or privacy shade. It can be seen from road. Same with room windows. Curtain were so small that o e can see inside from outside of room. This is a minimum and vital requirement. There are two big dustbin in front of the room from where smell and flies were coming. Finally, the staff was rude too. Plz don’t stay here...

“L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour… La porte du côté ne s’ouvrait pas avec la clé, la toilette de la chambre avait une fuite au sol, en entrant dans la chambre il y avait une odeur de cigarette et l’endroit pour déjeuner est tellement petit que des gens ont décidé d’aller ailleurs…”

“The hottub was unfortunately, not working. Not really a problem except that the hotel never informed its guests of the issue. And so we got into our suits, went down to the pool, only to be disappointed. Other than that, a very good experience.”

“I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. But my night was terrible, as I was scratching my hand and leg the whole night because the room had a lot of mosquitoes. Booked a premium hotel but feels like a cheap motel.”

“The toilet was not working properly in the room. The hotel staff came to verify the problem and could not do anything. Offer another room that did not meet our needs. Had to go to the toilet Gym for our stay.”

“So disappointed and it got worse as the the stay continued. The beds are warped, pillows are filthy, floors felts really dirty (summer time). The staff hang out at the front reception on their phones and in jeans, they provided no directions or information about where the amenities were, how to access the pool or gym. Thought maybe their lack of guidance and customer service would be replaced by a pamphlet in the room, but there was nothing in the room or on the desk. The shower didn’t have...

“Nicely decorated, but that's it. Lobby, hallway and room was dirty. Bedding was stained and had hairs all over it, pillows had blood. So much hair and grim in the bathroom. Not a 3 Star Very disappointed and disgusting.”
