“The room was clean and quite nice. Unfortunately no bath robe and slippers. No gym either. Nice breakfast the morning after. Parking very expensive. Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience.”

“Overall very positive experience, reception staff were very attentive and went out of the way to accommodate our earlier check-in. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. ”

“Central location short walk from Interlaken West station. Peter on reception was very helpful when enquiring about my itinerary. Room clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great, good range of continental optiins along with boiled or scrambled eggs available. Hot drinks available throughout the day. Would defo recommend ”

“Hotel dispone a pochi passi di un area per parcheggio gratuito, eventualmente nelle stesse vicinanze presente parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale alla reception disponibile, ma presente spesso solo a chiamata. Posizione strategica in quanto a pochi metri si raggiunge la zona pedonale dove sono presenti la maggioranza dei negozi, e a 1,5 km a piedi si possono raggiungere entrambe le stazioni est ed ovest. Per soggiornare 1-2 notti va bene.”

“シングルの部屋で予約していましたが、ダブルにアップグレードしていただきました。部屋は綺麗でデザインも素敵でした。朝食がとても豪華で印象に残っています。エスプレッソマシーンや冷蔵庫もあり充実していました。 チェックインの際に注意事項などの紙が配られ、守らなければ罰金もあります。ほとんどが当たり前のことですが、部屋でテイクアウトを食べてはいけないなど、特別気をつけることもあるのでそこはよく読んだ方がいいでしょう。 ただ、ホテルに併設されているレストランに行ったところ、高齢の女性のスタッフに差別的なことを言われ入れてもらえないということがあり不快な気持ちになりました。 総合的に、駅からも近く、値段以上の宿泊をできたのでとても良かったです。レストランに関してはオスト周辺よりウェストの方が確実に多いです。”

“Staff molto cortese e disponibile, ottima posizione vicina al centro, camera piccolina ma molto ben organizzata e confortevole, ben arredata, accogliente. Colazione ottima per qualita' e varieta'. Parcheggio gratuito molto comodo. Abbiamo usufruito di accesso a centro sportivo Bodelibad, ottima soluzione per wellness e nuoto, grande benefit”
