“I’m disappointed with the property. I was given the first floor. Note I made the booking in February 2026. I requested multiple times higher floor. The room was outdated red carpet , bathroom small and not that clean.”

“The room was clean and quite nice. Unfortunately no bath robe and slippers. No gym either. Nice breakfast the morning after. Parking very expensive. Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience.”

“朝食が種類が豊富で素晴らしかったです。 泊まったゲストハウスはホテルの向かいにあり、部屋は綺麗でした。 蛇口をひねると冷たくて美味しい水が出て、助かりました。 インターラーケンOSTからは少し離れていますが、バス停がほぼ目の前にあるので問題ありませんでした。 COOPもすぐそばにありました。 暑いインターラーケンでエアコンがないのは辛かったです。夜も窓を開けるしかなく、窓を開けると真下のレストラン？PUB？で大声で騒ぐ人たちの声がかなり響きました。耳栓持参していて良かったです。”

“Summary: Barely 3 star, not a good value for what we paid ($500/night) The Good: = Great location 3 min walk from train station = Vintage charm = Good breakfast spread The Bad: = Poor maintenance. Mold in shower, doors getting stuck = Room lacked basic amenities like conditioner, lotion = Reception staff seemed clueless, any question needed 3 people to answer. Desk closes down at 11 pm !!”

“hotel storico di inizio 900, in buona posizione con bella vista sulle montagne. Le aree comuni sono fascinose e ben arredate. Le camere sono invece vecchiotte... mal insonorizzate e con cadute di tono (peccato). Il servizio è buono. La cucina è appena discreta: ci si aspetterebbe maggiore qualità.”

“Location is great but don’t expect too much. Very expensive for the value you get, run down carpets, small and dated room with hardly any amenities. Shower in small bath tub with a shower head reaching up to half of my height. From the 7 hotels we’ve visited across Switzerland, one of the most expensive but underwhelming experiences.”

“The room was great! The only thing is that the reception is only open from 7:30 - 8:00. We arrived in the morning and dropped our stuff off because the rooms weren’t ready. Then we left for the day to sight see. I did not realize about the time and we got back later then 8;00. They were able to buzz us in and had already taken our bags up to our room but I felt bad they had to do that. Other than that, it was a clean room.”

“É una casa di riposo per anziani (la maggior parte in carrozzella o con problemi di deambulazione). Le camere che non sono occupate dagli anziani ospiti vengono vendute agli esterni. Non va bene, cercate un altra sistemazione, non venite qui.”

“It was a good stay overall. Big room.Though Room was non AC but we were provided with Table Fans (Extra one was also given upon request) and quite apt for overall weather. It was accessible from main market and can cover by walk. Bus stop was also very close. ”

“The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.”

“Staff molto cortese e disponibile, ottima posizione vicina al centro, camera piccolina ma molto ben organizzata e confortevole, ben arredata, accogliente. Colazione ottima per qualita' e varieta'. Parcheggio gratuito molto comodo. Abbiamo usufruito di accesso a centro sportivo Bodelibad, ottima soluzione per wellness e nuoto, grande benefit”
