“I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there. It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue. I felt really unwelcome without a human contact with the reception: I can understand that at a “cheap”...

“Went on a Birthday trip for my wife, and it was really pleasing area and Hotel. The staff is very nice and they spoke English. The breakfast was great it comes with the room stay. They have a free shuttle van that takes you when you arrive and depart from the Hotel. Other then that you need to walk around the town. Everything is clean in side the Hotel the rooms have great views and the pool is clean. We enjoyed our stay.”
