“Perfect location and clean/roomy hotel with free 24hr still/gas water, coffee, and tiny croissants(around noon). There were steam/normal sauna and big pool opening from 10am-8pm. Only cons were that no fridge and air cooler but I just open window and kept grocery in the balcony(be careful of greedy crows) in early May. The restaurant opens until late and it was helpful. Outside was loud at night when somebody were drinking at bar outside.”

“What we appreciated most was the helpful front desk. They took the time to help me with air reservation problems and did the check-in at the appropriate time. The room was facing the street and had the view of the spectacular mountains. However, the room cleanliness was not the best, bedding not changed daily (we stayed for eight nights) and the bathtub was too high for elderly people. “I filtered by AC units on Expedia a d this property came up. It was disappointing that during these very hot days, there was no AC. The place felt dirty and no extra sheets or pillows provided. There was only a fitted sheet on beds with a comforter - no flat sheets and not sure how often the comforter/duvet covers were washed. Many of the fitted sheets had tiny holes in them. Just did not feel or look like a luxury rental, particularly since we paid close to $700 a night.”
