“The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. We had an 11 month old and it was so bad we would need to spend time outside the room for him to cool down. It’s hard to believe we paid over...

“Che dire, bellissimo poter soggiornare all’interno del castello di Thun finemente ristrutturato per accogliere le camere di questo boutique hotel. Posizione eccellente, collegato direttamente con la città con un comodo ascensore. Davvero una coccola la colazione servita in una bellissima sala con vista sulla città da personale davvero gentile. Ottima scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, immancabile la treccia svizzera e la possibilità di scegliere tra molti piatti preparati al momento.”
