“The room was huge, had a fabulous bathtub and a lovely outlook, the food was great, the atmosphere was welcoming but the best thing was the people - the staff went out of their way to help me with all of my questions and requests and were just fantastic - it will be my place to stay every time I go to Newport from now on”

“L’hotel è accanto all’autostrada, posizione pertanto comoda anche per decisioni last minute, quando non si vuole più fare strada. Ampio parcheggio. Camera sufficientemente grande. Materassi comodi, ma cambierei i cuscini troppo molli. In bagno ottimi i prodotti per l’igiene, la porta di accesso è scorrevole e libera uno spazio per riporre i vestiti. “La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! Per il resto perfetto!”

Our room was a very good size with a comfortable bed, dressing room and a proper full sized bath. There is a choice of modern or traditional. “Room was well equipped, finished to a high standard and had a great shower. Cooked breafast was lovely. Very quiet location so we both had a great bights sleep!”

“Excellent service from the staff always pleasant with a smile. Good choice for breakfast which is included in the price. Rooms kept clean and comfortable beds. Easy access to the railway station which is about a 5/10 minute walk away. There is a NCP car park nearby although we did not use it as we had a rail rover ticket.
