Surf Side Secret Inverloch

Wake up to the sound of the ocean, in a two storey townhouse, cross the road for an early morning dip or enjoy a relaxing walk along the beautiful surf beach and coastline into town.

Offering location & privacy and boasting quality fixtures & fittings throughout, this modern three bedroom, double storey town-house ideal for the beach loving family or fit retirees. Upstairs features large main bedroom, luxurious ensuite and a walk through robe. Downstairs has another two spacious bedrooms a family room, bathroom and a compact laundry. An outdoor shower is located to the side of the house for a quick wash after a trip to the beach.

Enjoy outdoor entertaining on the large private deck leading from the spacious open plan living area & impressive entertainer's kitchen which features wide Caesar stone benches, perfect for all the family to gather around.

A double garage provides a secure space to leave the cars when you are at the beach. This is a surf side home you would never want to leave.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.

About 100 kms offshore there are a couple of islands that protect this park from the worst ravages of the Great Southern Ocean so you get seashores that are different. Ideal girls trip away

The property was very stylish, devine and clean. The location to the beach was amazing. It's lovely walk from the house to the main street and I had great communication with Alex Scotts. Will be staying here again in the future.

Great location

A modern townhouse in a great location right across the road from the beach. It was great having the kids rooms including a family room and smart TV downstairs. The upstairs master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and spacious ensuite and WIR. The deck is very private. The double garage was great to store surf boards and kayaks. The outdoor shower and hose was very helpful to keep the sand out of the house. The driveway is quite narrow and entry to the garage is tight, the shrubs scratched the side of my car so it may not be challenging for larger vehicles. The house is very minimally furnished and the kitchen sink is located in the large pantry which can be frustrating. The water pressure is a problem, so only one shower at a time and even then it stops to a few drops then starts again running hot and cold. However, it is hard to beat the location!
