“The fitness room was in disrepair. The 2 elliptical were unsteady and unsafe. The AC wasn't working. I had to get maintenance to fix parts of the universal so I could use it. And just on the side, it was really inconvenient to have the coffee maker out near the front desk a whole room's distance from where the breakfast was placed.”
