“The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. “We have stayed at Hampton Inns all across this country, and the Urbandale location is by far our favorite one. We have stayed here a few times, and will more than likely stay a few more times. It's always a welcome place to be. Highly recommend it to others !! ”

“It was your basic hotel room. We had trouble with the shower/bathroom. The tub was rusted through on the bottom, and the water pressure was laughable. Also, it was either the temperature of the sun, or freezing cold with no in between. The staff was great and had answers to everything we asked. The elevators and hallways often smelled of weed, and seemed to leak through the vent in the bathroom. Other than that the bed was fine, and the TV was nice. “The door to the bathroom was not aligned correctly and it was hard to close. The new carpet had a very strong smell to it. The smoking area was right at the front door so you had to walk through cigarette smoke and smell. Breakfast was just okay. They were doing construction during our visit. There were mattresses laying out by the dumpster. We won’t be staying there again.”

“We stayed a Saturday night at Revel. Our room faced the interstate and the soundproofing from the road noise was very good. The breakfast which was included with our room was good. The coffee was made using beans from Friedrich Coffee per the signage which is locally sourced. ”

“Beautiful hotel overlooking a golf course with a great patio to enjoy your coffee or an evening conversation. The staff was very welcoming and checked in on us daily if we needed anything. I loved the location near the town square with a delicious creamery and cute park.”
