Hotel vicino a Merle Hay Mall - Des Moines

“The entire staff did a wonderful job. The food and service at Bennigan’s was delightful. The snow removal team did a wonderful job with the storm. My wife is an amputee and is in a scooter and with only one leg if she slips on snow, she wouldn’t be able to get back up without calling an ambulance and so it would be great if the shoveling team which you did an awesome job spent time in the area of the handicap parking making sure that there was no snow or ice in the handicap parking anywhere....

“Always fun to stay here , nice place it is a little old but still nice and fun for kids , main pool was nice and warm ! ”

“Breakfast was good. When I arrived at 8 pm staff was very helpful in telling me what restaurants were available in close proximity. I really appreciated walking into my room already nice and warm without having to wait an hour for desired temp.”
