“The property is fabulous and the staff could not be nicer. The only downside is the noise. It is located on the square and there was large groups and activities with band on stages that you can definitely hear well. After the concert we had blowers and clean up people until 230 am and to top off the noise the trash truck shows up at 530. Great hotel and staff just bring good ear plugs”

It is a light-filled space that is built around a flower-filled courtyard. Upstairs rooms have balconies and lower floor rooms have gated patios. “Property was clean. Decent breakfast but on one of the days supplies ran out (e.g almond milk was over, some of the toppings for oat meal were over and they didn't refill). Slight noise from freeway in early mornings - probably an issue for light sleepers. They had a couple of spots for charging your EV, which I thought was nice. Overall good stay, scope to improve a few things, probably will visit again if I come to this place.”

“advance notice on checkin should be shared earlier. The property has poor wifi- could not connect at all. I had to leave the property to connect. I have two cell phones and neither one connected. Because of limited wifi connection, you should share advance checkin code to avoid these issues upon arriving.”

“I’ve stayed at Surrey Resort twice now and each time has been an exceptional stay. The location is right outside of downtown and walkable so you can just leave your car parked during your stay. Parking is easy with no issue finding a spot. Check in is easy while being informative as you’re staying in a tent and not a room in typical hotel.
