“There was roaches in our room, went up to our room to see two people walk in there and found out it was occupied, lamps didn’t work, keycards didn’t work, toilets wouldn’t flush, the whole hall smelled like chemicals, when we told the receptionist that we refunded our rooms and we need into our rooms to get our stuff he was saying they didn’t have roaches and was being very rude. ”

“My wife and I were taking a ride out west and needed a place to stay. As always, I use Expedia and choose the hotel based upon the reviews. The reviews for this hotel were great and it certainly met my expectations.”

“My “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarettes, it was dirty and falling apart. Cockroaches in the room. Stains on the carpeted areas. People yelling and shouting in the parking lot.”

“Convenient location. Sparkling new facility. Friendly and responsive staff. Interesting minimalist aesthetic (not cozy, but very contemporary and convenient. Full-size fridge, stove, kitchen sink. Ideal for cooking in the room. ”
