“The only complaint we had was the coffee in our room. Don’t know if it was stale but wasn’t nice. Just felt that they could have better coffee/tea facilities ”

“Booked King Spa suite. Room was okay, nothing flash. But mattress was rock hard. Sore hip the next day! Basic older style motel with usual amenities. Quite clean.”

“A bit dated. Cleaners should pay a bit more attention to the cleaning. Lots of hair in the shower drain..food scraps in the kitchen sink..plastic tag bits on the carpet.”

L'hotel offre quello che ci si aspetta da un Ibis Budget: camere spartane ma funzionali e dotate di tutto ciò che é necessario, personale cortese e disponibile, buona colazione. Il costo è decisamente basso, tra i più bassi di Melbourne a parità di servizi, per cui è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole spendere poco anchrle da turista.”

“Room was nice, but totally overpriced with price gouging for a long weekend. $904 for 2 nights when it would normally be about $450. Wasn't value for money.”

“I found the staff very helpful and friendly. It was wonderful to have the restaurant on the premises and the coffee was great. Wonderful to be so close to the tram and train station. ”

“Room was VERY dated, vanity unit was all cracked, towel rail fell off, carpet at bathroom entry was rotting and separated. Very noisy all night. Had dinner at the bistro and it was good and the staff were very helpful. No lift available for people with mobility issues. Air conditioner did not get cool at all. ”
