“We enjoyed the complementary 3 cocktails and food after checking in. They had a very good pasta with grilled chicken plus green salad, steamed vegetables, and soft drinks. The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. Even the manager was checking with all the guests at check in and in the dining area. Breakfast was equallt good. Rooms were clean & quiet. Landscape and outside seating was exceptional. Overall...

“Room was dirty, sink faucet old and stained, shower faucet would not shut off. Left early after one night.”

“Stayed for four nights, didn’t have room service one time. Had to go down to ask for more towels and trash bags. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was urine and hair on the side of the toilet. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were practically empty.”

“So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was.”

“Customer service was good however the room needs ALOT OF ATTENTION the tiles in the room are literally coming up and when you walk on them you almost fall and trip over them. Felt dirty water pressure was very weak. We have been there once before and room was ok but this time just felt dirty the elevator literally took 10 minutes to come down. Coffee was so weak.
