“Extremely noisy. Huge air conditioning engine always on, on the side of the hotel close to the road. No toiletries, no complimentary water.
Very arrogant receptionist. They dont undedstand that some hotels.com rreservations are to be paid at the hotel. They refuse to provide invoice. Dont want to assist with expedia, and say... "you call them" we dont care. Totally unacceptable”

“The spit where the water comes out in shower fell off when I went to take shower. Water went everywhere, jetted pool only one side of jets work and I have to clean it myself. Stains on wall, shower curtain won't close side to side, falls to the middle of rod. Very cold while taking A BATH, SINCE I COULDNT TAKE A SHOWEER... WOULD GUBE MY DEPOSIT BACK AND THAT WAS THE LAST ANOUNT OF MONEY I OWNED... NEVER EVER AGIN. LADY AT DESK WAS VERY RUDE ”

“I never saw staff around helping or giving any kind of instructions. The pizza food court area to order was chaotic. So many people didn’t know how to use their credits and the pick up lines had everyone trying to cut because they would see their name pop up. The timer on getting ice and drinks was a disaster and couldn’t get ice for days. It was never filled up.
Adult only hot tub had no one to regulate that. Kids were in there every day.
Bowling should have instructions on how to get...
