“Convenient location, hard to find parking to checkin, bit of a wait for the lifts. Comfortable bed, remote to the tv was broken making it difficult to use, super nice shower. Secure parking in basement is a must!”

“The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.”

“We were told through the Expedia app we would get 10% off - no where to enter the code! We were then quoted $30 per room for breakfast when we arrived and was charged $42 per head then had to argue that we were quoted $30 per room. They did drop it to $30 per head. Because of reservations we then had to pay $50 for valet parking!! Became an expensive night!!! ”

“Have stayed here many time, Staff always friendly. Unfortunately this time around bathroom standards have dropped immensely… Mould in shower recess totally unacceptable.”
