“Very clean and beautiful condo. It is however a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The listing said 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. ”

AT THAT TIME, the host informed me that we could not use his property! He instructed us to cancel and seek refund with VRBO on our own, which we did after returning home. Thankfully, VRBO support by phone was very helpful and we expect a full refund. Meanwhile, we had to find alternate accommodations on the day of our arrival. We understand...
