“The water pressure in my room was poor. There were 5 circles on the tv that were visible, especially when the screen is black, the a/c sucked and the balcony was covered in spider webs and spiders.”

“We were in the building across the main drag from the beach. We had a great view however the road was very busy and noisy. The room was fabulous. Very comfy bed and pillows and extremely clean room. We had drinks and appetizers at the grill. It’s a great place to relax. The drinks were good but the chicken tender appetizer was horrible. Frozen tenders and cold fries. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t take advantage of the beach but it looked like there was lots of fun things to do.”

“It is an older property which is kept very clean & well maintained. The gardens & the view of the lake are beautiful. There is a walk-along porch along front of building with a table & chairs for each room. A nice place to sit & relax & enjoy the view. The location is minutes to NH Pavillion & Weir’s Beach. I would stay here again.”

“The owners suite was definitely updated recently. The space is perfect for a group wanting to stay together. The property is really close to the concert venue which is a nice added bonus! Unfortunately the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and it was extremely loud. We were woken up all night long by people in the hallway. I probably won’t stay here again.”

“The staff were super friendly and helpful with our late arrival and were quick to replace the coffee pot when we couldn’t get it to work. The small cottage was perfect for the two of us. The place gave you a small town vibe that was relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend.”
