Thankfully, the owner of this unit was able to be reached and he took care of everything. VRBO could not be reached When I needed their assistance. We called more than six times and sent multiple messages in the app and emails and had no response. Until the owner got involved. I have rented through VRBO five times now and have never had this happen...
