“The cottage was lovely and well appointed especially since it was just myself. The manager was kind enough to let me bring my cat who had never seen a staircase but loved exploring and navigating the steps and gazing out the windows. My only comment that is negative in any way is that the couch looks like it’s going to be so comfortable and instead is hard as a brick. That’s ashame. Otherwise everything was great. Thanks so much! ”

“The house was exceptionally clean with a beautiful beach decor, and water views from all rooms. The huge porch has very nice furniture for relaxing or dining al fresco, while enjoying the view of the Gulf and inlet canal. We cooked our evening meals and found everything needed to prepare them. The pellet grill made for perfectly cooked fish and steaks. We are already planning our vacations for next year, and this property is at the top of our list!”

“I brought my wife here for her Birthday Weekend and she completely Enjoyed it!! The place was clean and Well organized. The communication with Jackie was so easy. We had an issue with the microwave and I communicated with Jackie, and flawlessly she responded and it was taken care of!! We would definitely come back again!!! I am Grateful that I found this place...and it is literally about an 8 minute WALK(depending on how you walk) down the street from the White sandy Beach!! There is soooo Much...

“Charming and unique house! Convenient to the beach and downtown. Large deck that is super private is the best part. (Would take the suggestion of other reviews and pack bug spray in the summer (as I did) if you are “porch sitters.”) The house is well stocked and owners were always quick to communicate. “This is a beautiful house with 3 nice bedrooms, 2 baths, a great living room area and a big kitchen. The pool is fabulous! it’s all privacy fenced. The house is just a short walk to the beach but you can also drive and park in front of the beach. Nicely equipped home with really nice decor and furniture. We would definitely stay here again. Jay is a very responsive host.”
