Y las habitaciones huelen a demasiada humedad porque no tienen ventilación por ningún lugar mas que con la puerta abierta. “The location was great! The AC was cold. The highlight of the trip was the customer service that Fabian provided throughout the stay. He was on top of it and you can tell that he cares about the wellbeing of his guests”

“As overall is a beautiful place. However, the room was very dirty, the curtain doesn't work and was dirty too, also the mattress were in bad condition. They have to improve the customer service too, because some of the employees were making fun of the customer, which is not very professional”
