“The hotel Manager refused to provide rooming after I requested a refund for the illegal Dog Fee the front desk person applied to my credit card for my Phychiatric Service dog. I had to leave the place and find accommodation in a different hotel. The hotel personnel was very rude and verbally aggressive. The website advertises a restaurant that has been closed for over a year.”
